Synopsis
Une mystérieuse épidémie a décimé la population adulte. Les enfants survivants ont grandi dans l'environnement des gangs de motards. C'est au milieu d'une guerre des gangs qu'arrive en ville Lee, qui découvre qu'une corporation manipule les gangs pour son propre intérêt.
