Synopsis
Une femme de Louisiane découvre qu'un voisin de confiance a installé un équipement de vidéosurveillance chez elle pour espionner sa famille. En conséquence, le vrai Wilson a fait pression pour une loi d'État de 1999 adoptée dans neuf autres États depuis qu'il a fait du voyeurisme vidéo un crime.
