Synopsis
La région de Washington est victime d'attentats à la bombe. Le poseur a visiblement un agenda très précis et très établi... Ses motivations, entre préoccupations écologiques et terrorisme, sont obscures. Il s'attaque à tous ceux qui auraient causé des préjudices à l'environnement, aux alentours de Seattle. La brigade anti-bombes est sur les dents.
