Synopsis
Les événements de ce film se passent après ceux du film "The Beginning". A Stern Bild City, où les super-héros sont à l'honneur, la fête du Justice Day est particulièrement importante. En effet, ce jour fête la déesse protectrice de la ville : Sternbild. Mais certains événements risquent bien de perturber la fête....
