Synopsis
Le Président des Etats-Unis est confronté à un groupe de terroristes dont l'objectif est d'exterminer la population toute entière grâce à un virus mortel. Il fait donc appel à une jeune scientifique pour trouver un remède. Mais lorsque qu'ils s'en prennent à de jeunes enfants, le Président lui-même est obligé d'intervenir...
