Synopsis
Un laboratoire de recherche développe un nouvel appareil destiné aux services de police. Il est nommé le Power Glove. Son principe de fonctionnemnent est qu'il procure à son porteur des super pouvoirs en puisant dans l'énergie contenue dans le potentiel inexploité du cerveau humain, à savoir 80%. Vingt ans plus tard, ces appareils sont devenus l'enjeu de combats impitoyables entre les forces du Bien et du Mal...
