Synopsis
Danny, jeune orphelin, vit dans un foyer d'accueil. Un jour, il se prend d'affection pour un chien errant. Peu après, le garçonnet découvre que le chien appartient en réalité au Président des États-Unis ! Il décide alors de braver les interdits et de s'échapper du foyer pour rejoindre la Maison Blanche.
